Why am I being prompted for my 2FA when saving permissions?

As an Administrator, when updating user permissions, you are prompted to submit your two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials, verifying that you are the logged in Administrator user. Once you have successfully submitted your 2FA credentials, the permission settings will be saved and you will not be prompted again until the designated time has elapsed.

To set the amount of time before you are prompted again for subsequent permissions changes, use the "Do not prompt again for:" pull-down menu to select from either 1 minute, 3 minutes or 5 minutes. This will allow you to make multiple permission changes, within that selected period of time, without being prompted for each update.
