Why is my signing key not approved or marked as invalid?

In order to add another layer of account security, your signing key must be approved by your account administrator before it can be used. After you have generated your signing key, your administrator is notified and asked to approve this key. Once your key has been approved, you will be able to sign and approve operations.


Your signing key may have been invalidated by your administrator in order to force you to generate a new key pair. This is done to refresh security credentials, mitigate security vulnerabilities, or simply as a routine organizational process. If you believe your signing key was invalidated in error, please contact your organization’s administrator immediately.
